The majority of OOB fleets rely on waves of Vindication Class Destroyers supported by Vengeance Frigates with HS Fighters and Bullsharks in reserve. In the events of blockades, squadrons of the slower, but efficient Bogatyr Red Raiders are used together with the effective HS Astraeus Satellites. The army relies heavily on wave tactics and the use of fighter ships. They have been known to use torpedoes. They are famous for giving aid to weaker forces they encounter and for their fondness for diplomacy. The standard army contains 4 forces made up of 10 battalions of 150 soldiers. They have a strong, established chain of command, with ranks based on experience and service time. Currently, there are over 12 different fleet forces active across OOB space.
