The Theocracy of The Order of Bogatyrs is a massive, cultured nation, ruled by Grand Master with an even hand, and notable for its sprawling nuclear power plants, ubiquitous missile silos, devotion to social welfare, and punitive tax rates. The hard-working, devout population of 3.364 billion Bogatyrians have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

This is the head off all the fleets in the Order of Bogatyrs. He is not only in control of The OOB Fleet, but is also directly responsible for control of the AUX Fleet, HS Fleet and major serverside operations

This is the Head of Engineering at the Order of Bogatyrs. Being the head of the largest department he is responsible for the overseeing of projects across the many colonies off the Order, while also taking personal responsibility for the development off the OOB Fleet.
